SOCIAL MEDIA / COMMUNITY

Every campaign needs a social media / community plan, and if your efforts can’t be handled internally, Sandbox can help by driving consumer engagement on Facebook and Twitter. Establishing a social media strategy with the right voice that works alongside other publicity and promotional efforts is our specialty. Sandbox currently oversees the social media efforts for Activision’s Guitar Hero, DJ Hero, and hunting/fishing titles.

MARKETING/PROMOTIONS

Sandbox can help with media planning, art/asset/ad/packaging creation, North American localization, sell-in efforts, promotional ideas, market research and budgeting. Sandbox is different in that one of the partners comes from a brand background, not just PR. This expertise means that every campaign is looked at in terms of how it fits into the overall promotional plan. Sandbox directs the North American marketing efforts for Codemasters, including the recently released instant-classic DiRT 3 and the upcoming F1 2011.

EVENTS/MOBILE MARKETING

Since 2009, Sandbox has been executing national tours to support specific videogames. Mobile tours are not new but our take on it is – we get games on the road in advance of a game’s release and focus on driving pre-orders and regional and national publicity. We are a turnkey solution that includes truck production, tour planning, retailer coordination, press outreach, and social media hooks.
